• Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

Perishable Products

When ordering perishable products, please make sure that someone is available on the delivery date and time at the given delivery address. We constantly provide delivery update via given email. In case of any missing delivery, please contact your assigned shipping company. Also, let us know as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for closed roads, access codes or other problems related to access to your property that may delay delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refund for the perishable products due to missed collection or no access to the property. Please provide a clear note for delivery.
